Never again.

Last night was creepy. I advise against doing what I did. Ever. Also, sleeping in a bow did weird things to my hair. It feels all dry.

Also, I am on a new workout plan. It's more well-rounded than my current plan... I am trying to work more on my core strength and arm strength... Contrary to common belief, crocheting isn't very good exercise.

  1. As you work out on the ball, you use more muscles than you would while doing the same exercises without the use of the ball. This helps you to practice various abdominal exercise and thus will keep you interested in the workout regime.
